These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jndy8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jndy8 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jndy8.cam and any related mobile applications, tools, or services operated under the jndy8 brand.

jndy8 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live casino, sports betting, live football wagering, lottery products, and arcade-style games, primarily serving players located in Malaysia. Our platform is designed to operate as an entertainment service for adult users aged 21 years and above.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of jndy8.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the individual player account registered with jndy8, which grants access to platform services and holds the player's balance and transaction history.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any locked bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by jndy8 subject to specific conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements and expiry periods.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures carried out by jndy8 to confirm the identity, age, and eligibility of a Player prior to enabling full account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operating currency of the jndy8 platform.
• "Platform" — the jndy8 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated tools or applications through which gaming and betting services are accessed.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be turned over (wagered) before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling or betting platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a responsible gambling tool that enables a Player to voluntarily restrict or suspend their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By completing the account registration process on jndy8, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You accept the risks inherent in online gambling, including the risk of financial loss;
• You have not been excluded from any gambling platform or self-excluded from gambling activities at the time of registration.

Account registration on jndy8 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You are not permitted to register or maintain an active Account if:

• You are under the age of 21 years at the time of registration;
• You are a resident of or currently located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by law;
• You are a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of jndy8, or an immediate family member thereof;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order from jndy8 or any affiliated gambling platform;
• You have previously had an account with jndy8 that was closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on behalf of, or as agent for, another individual for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions.

jndy8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account with jndy8. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jndy8 reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. Players residing in or playing from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location within Malaysia are subject to the same registration requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jndy8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify jndy8 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling best practices, jndy8 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

Players are required to submit the following documents for KYC verification:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian NRIC, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months) — may be requested at jndy8's discretion;
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from the payment provider) — may be requested for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

jndy8 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete and satisfactory documentation. Accounts with incomplete KYC remain subject to deposit restrictions and are ineligible for withdrawals until verification is complete.

All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

jndy8 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant processing; minimum deposit RM30;
• Boost eWallet — instant processing; minimum deposit RM30;
• GrabPay — instant processing; minimum deposit RM30;
• DuitNow / FPX — processed within 5–10 minutes; minimum deposit RM100;
• Bank Transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Bank — processed within 5–10 minutes; minimum deposit RM100;
• 7-Eleven Cliqq cash top-up — processed within 15–30 minutes; minimum deposit RM50;
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency — processed within 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmation; minimum equivalent to USD 25.

All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. jndy8 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

jndy8 accepts payments from duly authorised account holders only. Payments made from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money Account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Player's Account has been fully verified through the KYC process;
• There are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn;
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit;
• The Account is in good standing with no active fraud investigations or disputes;
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank via DuitNow/FPX) — typically 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — typically 15 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.

jndy8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by our internal compliance systems. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified will be declined and the funds returned to the Player's Account balance.

jndy8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have completed the required minimum deposit;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible player, per promotional period, unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonus amounts must be wagered the required number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the offer terms;
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, whereas live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unlocked bonus amount will be forfeited from the Account;
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and are stated in individual promotion terms;
• jndy8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus amounts not yet subject to a qualifying wager will be removed from player accounts without notice.

Systematic exploitation of bonuses ("bonus abuse"), including but not limited to the use of low-risk staking strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of bonus winnings and account suspension.

All bets placed on jndy8 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category. These rules are published within each game interface and form part of the overall Terms & Conditions.

The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the Player. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except in circumstances where jndy8 has accepted the bet in error or where a manifest error has occurred;
• In the event of a manifest pricing or system error, jndy8 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies to sports betting odds, slot game configurations, and live casino parameters;
• For sports betting, including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC events, and other sporting events — bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise disrupted will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform;
• jndy8 uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all casino and arcade game outcomes. Game RTP ranges are published in accordance with provider specifications;
• Players must not use software tools, bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jndy8 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through another individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian or international anti-money laundering laws;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers or exploit game vulnerabilities;
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Charging back or reversing payment transactions after engaging in gaming activity funded by those transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jndy8 support staff or other players;
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform to which you are not authorised, or attempting to disrupt Platform operations.

jndy8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming behaviour. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders — Automated notifications can be configured to alert players when a defined session duration has elapsed;
• Self-Exclusion — Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Short-term account access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available upon request through support.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without express written permission from jndy8;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction tools on any part of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jndy8 Content may result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jndy8 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or winnings resulting from technical errors, system outages, or interruptions to Platform services;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from circumstances beyond jndy8's reasonable control, including third-party provider failures;
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, or other payment methods;
• Any losses incurred as a result of your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Where jndy8 is found liable in circumstances not excluded by this clause, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jndy8 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes that are required for legal or regulatory compliance may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of jndy8 shall be subject to the laws and regulations applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by country and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their access to jndy8 complies with the laws of their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact jndy8 customer support in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. jndy8 does not acknowledge the jurisdiction of any third-party dispute resolution body unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorised representative of jndy8.
